It is important to note that our coaching services are action-oriented, focusing on goal setting, strategy creation, and accountability to facilitate progress and help you achieve your desired outcomes.

Please be aware that we do not provide psychotherapy or mental health treatment, including the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. Additionally, please note that you must be 18 years of age or older to engage in our coaching services at this time.

To book your complimentary 15-minute consultation session with one of our experienced coaches, we kindly request that you provide the following information. Your responses will only be used for purposes of assessing your coaching needs and scheduling your consultation session.

Are you willing to engage in weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) coaching sessions for at least a 3 month period?

While there is no minimum commitment at Verdure Life, we want our clients to have realistic expectations for what it requires to make meaningful progress toward one's goals. You make discontinue with your coach at any point, but we ask that you be prepared to dedicate at least 3 consecutive months towards working with one of our coaches in pursuit of your goals. Please note that our pricing structure is as follows: Each session costs $250 USD per 55-minute video session. Weekly sessions amount to 12 sessions, totaling $3000 USD, while bi-weekly sessions amount to 6 sessions, totaling $1500 USD. Payment is made per session as you progress.
